We use some of the finest craftsmen in Europe using the latest techniques to manufacture our bespoke jewellery and carry out intricate repairs.

Once we receive the instruction by email we acknowledge receipt. We then contact the client within two hours and arrange a time to validate claim values via phone call, video call or in person; whichever is most appropriate for the client. 2
We report to the Insurers within 7 days providing current retail replacement prices and await further Instructions.3A
If a cash settlement is chosen - Prestige Valuations will close the file and invoice.3B
If replacement or repair is chosen, then Prestige Valuations will arrange for a jeweller to visit your client, collect the damaged item or take instruction for a bespoke replacement item. This service can also be carried out in our office in Hatton Garden if your client so wishes.4
Prestige Valuations supply replacement items with supporting certification and new valuation documentation - Invoice Insurers and close file.
